  17. <p>    Whoopi Goldberg sang Shout, Andy Garcia banged a drum none
  18. too slowly, and a crowd of 60,000 showed up. The place was
  19. Miami's Robbie Stadium, and the purpose was to help victims of
  20. Hurricane Andrew. In just three weeks, Miami music maven GLORIA
  21. ESTEFAN organized a star-studded concert-and-comedy event that
  22. produced $2 million for the relief effort. Says Estefan: "We
  23. needed a party after all that tragedy."
